The sushi chefs are all veterans with over a decade of experience, providing you with an experience you will never forget. “Shunka” means “Flavor of the Season”, and to live up to the name, we pick the fish and fruits depending on the season, on top of everyone’s favorites.

Previously a well-known sushi chef at Matsu, Yuki Takishima decided to take a venture into a business of his own. With his 30 years of experience, he serves every customer with his best, and many have come back to meet him, for both his personality and his top-quality sushi.
